HOPE is a network of support and self-help groups for parents, relatives, and guardians who are troubled by behaviours of a teen or young adult in their life.
HOPE offers empathy, encouragement, resources, and information at weekly meetings, and through peer-to-peer phone support, links to community resources, and workshops.
HOPE meetings are volunteer peer run. They are confidential, action plan oriented, and offer a positive environment where parents can develop practical strategies to address their parenting concerns.
At HOPE we believe that with knowledge, tools and support, parents who are troubled by the behaviours of a teen or adult child can gain the skills and strength to change their family dynamics.
